A student from Jhansi jumped in front of a train near Tundla station after getting low marks in CBSE Intermediate examination in Tundla, Firozabad. The student died on the spot. The student was doing an English speaking course while staying at his maternal uncle’s house in Ghaziabad. The Government Railway Police has conducted post-mortem of the body.

Sanskar Vyas, 19-year-old son of teacher Rajiv Vyas, resident of village Uldan in Tehsil Mauranipur area of ​​Jhansi, was a student of Intermediate. In the same year he gave the CBSE examination. After intermediate examination he wanted to do engineering. To improve his English speaking, he had gone to his maternal uncle Rajnarayan resident of Ghaziabad for coaching 20 days ago. When the exam results came on Monday afternoon, he got 65 percent marks less than expected. He was hurt by this.

Due to low marks, his mother Vandana Devi had asked him to work hard and stay away from mobile. He left the house around 1 o’clock in the afternoon, telling his aunt Aarti to return shortly. After this he did not return home. Uncle was looking for him. Meanwhile, student Sanskar committed suicide at around 8:15 pm by jumping in front of Garibrath Express coming from Delhi near pillar number 1249/28 near Tundla station.

According to family members, the student was the eldest of two brothers. Father is a primary school teacher. Mother Vandana, maternal uncle Rajnarayan and aunt Aarti reached Firozabad District Hospital and were in bad condition, crying. Police station in-charge Arvind Bhardwaj said that the student committed suicide by jumping from the train. After postmortem, the body of the deceased student was handed over to the family.
